How to submit your abstract

1)The two-page abstract should be submitted only in the electronic format of PDF, as an attachment through the submission system.
2) All the authors should create an account in the submission system before submitting the abstract. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the account confirmation mail in your mailbox
3)All the abstracts must strictly follow the template. (MS Word format click here)
4)The abstract should be no longer than two pages.
5)Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your abstract has not been submitted. Firstly, check the spam folder in your mailbox. Secondly, please check the email address that you entered into the submission system.

Abstract Submission

Authors should submit their two-page abstracts or full papers (optional) electronically, in Word or PDF  or Latex format, as an attachment through the submission system which need to apply the account in advance, and include the information of which MS she/he is going to attend.

All submitted abstracts or papers will be reviewed by the experts of the Program Committee and accepted according to their order of submission and relevance to overall conference objectives.
All accepted abstracts or papers will be in a Book of Abstracts before the conference. All participants will get copies during ICEF2020.
Selected full papers will be published in the journals of “The International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering" or “International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics" after an additional review.

Call for MS

Dear colleague,
The 8th International Conference on Electromagnetic Field Problems and Applications, ICEF2020 will be held in Tianjin, China during October 16-18 2020. If possible, we would like to cordially invite you to organize a Minisymposium (MS) on a topic close to your field of expertise.
As the lead organizer of an MS having at least one session with six or more accepted papers and their authors presenting them, you will be entitled to a free registration for ICEF2020.
Please send your proposals as a message to the e-mail: icef_2020@126.com by February 29, 2020. Once it is approved, we can then put it on the website for public to contribute to. You can change your MS title later, if needed. You may also choose to organize the MS together with others.
